Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully, as it governs the terms of your purchase. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Custom and Installed Products

Because our curtains and blinds are custom-measured, tailored to your specific requirements, and permanently fitted to your premises, they cannot be resold. Therefore, STYFECT FURNITURES does not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once the products have been installed.

Your signature on the delivery/installation note, or the physical completion of the installation by our technicians, serves as your final acceptance of the product.

2. Order Cancellations (Pre-Installation)

• Standard Orders: Orders may be canceled for a full refund within 48 hours of placing the order, provided the manufacturing process has not yet begun.
• Post-Production Cancellations: Once your custom curtains or blinds have entered production, any cancellation is subject to a deduction of 50% of the total invoice to cover material and labor costs incurred.
• Service Guarantee: While we do not offer refunds post-installation, your purchase is protected by our complimentary maintenance and repair service for any manufacturing defects or functional issues.

3. Complimentary Maintenance and Repair Service

We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and materials. If you experience any functional issues, hardware malfunctions, or manufacturing defects with your StyFect products after installation, we provide free repair and adjustment services.

• Coverage: This includes issues with tracks, brackets, and operating mechanisms (cords and chains), as well as fabric defects not caused by wear and tear.
• Warranty Period: This free service is valid for 1 Year (12 Months) from the date of installation.
• Exclusions: Our free service does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidental damage, unauthorized modifications, improper cleaning, or normal wear and tear.
• Motor Warranty: Motorized curtains and blinds are covered by an initial 2-year warranty on the motor. Depending on the brand, this coverage may extend up to 10 years. Please note that remote controls are not included under this warranty.

4. Furniture Warranty

Furniture is covered under a separate warranty from our curtains and blinds, as detailed below.

• Frame: The furniture frame (structural wooden/metal frame) is covered by a 5-Year Warranty from the date of delivery/installation against manufacturing defects.
• Fabric/Upholstery: Please note that fabric and upholstery on furniture are not covered under any warranty. This includes discoloration, staining, wear, and tear of the fabric.
• Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidental damage, unauthorized modifications, improper cleaning, or normal wear and tear.

5. Defective or Damaged Goods Upon Arrival

In accordance with UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020), if the product arrives at your premises damaged, or if the wrong item was brought for installation, do not permit the installation to proceed. Notify our team immediately. We will take the product back, rectify the error, and schedule a replacement installation at no additional cost to you.

6. Governing Law

This policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising in connection with this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
