What is covered
The furniture frame — the structural wooden or metal frame — carries a 5-year warranty from delivery against manufacturing defects. Fabric and upholstery on furniture are not covered by any warranty, including discolouration, staining and wear.

Is the furniture made to order?
The range is built around customising to the space rather than selling a fixed catalogue item, so what is made follows the room it is going into. We go through the options at the visit.
What does the warranty cover?
The frame is covered for 5 years from delivery against manufacturing defects. Fabric and upholstery are not covered — that includes discolouration, staining and wear. The full terms are on our return and warranty policy page.
How much does it cost?
It depends on size, material and the fitting the job needs, which is why we measure first and give you a written price before anything is ordered. We do not publish a price list, because a figure quoted without seeing the space is a guess.
