What is covered
The operating system — tracks, rails and drive mechanism — is covered for up to 5 years against manufacturing defects, and the motor itself for up to 10 years depending on the brand. Remote controls are not covered.
Questions
Can you motorise the curtains I already have?
Usually yes. Most existing tracks take a motor without being replaced, which keeps the job to the motor rather than a new track and new curtains. We check the track at the measuring visit and tell you before anything is ordered.
What is covered if the motor fails?
The motor carries up to a 10-year warranty depending on the brand, and the track and drive mechanism up to 5 years against manufacturing defects. Remote controls are excluded. The full terms are on our return and warranty policy page.
Is the installation included?
Yes. Installation by our own fitting team is included in the price at no extra charge, and a 1-year service guarantee covers what we fit. The people who measure are the people who fit — we do not subcontract it.
